How to request deletion

You can request the deletion of your Cobres account and its associated data in either of these ways:

  • In the app: open Settings, scroll to Delete account, and confirm the request.
  • By email: write to developer@cobres.app from the email address registered in your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.

What happens next

Account deletion is processed on request and after review. Once your request is approved, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted, including:

  • Your profile (name, email).
  • Your accounts, transactions and transfers.
  • Your savings goals, debts and payments.
  • Your investments and recurring entries.
  • Your categories and any active session or sign-in token.

Requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone; you can cancel a pending request from the app before it is approved.

Data we may retain

We may keep a minimal set of records when required by law or for fraud prevention and accounting (for example, anonymized audit logs). These do not identify you and are not used to rebuild your account.
